No new operating system features are being introduced in this update. This update includes quality improvements. The following morning the update re-installed itself so I un-installed again and this time marked hide this update to prevent re-installation. But there are lots of fixes and improvements. Followed the advice to un-install the update and printing worked again. Coming to what is there in changes/fixes/improvements, there are expectedly no significant changes.
