Check the box next to Make This My Main Display. In the space underneath Change the appearance of your display, all of the computers connected to your computer will be visible, each represented as a screen with a number in the middle Scroll down on the Display pane in Settings and find the Multiple Displays section. Right-click on an empty space on your Desktop. I have downloaded new drivers after reinstalling xp on my dell dimension 2400 series desktop
The screen resolution needs adjusting on my dell monitor (all icons are massive), but in the display settings the slider for resolution is immovable and all options under the Monitor tab are greyed out and unavailable.
