(Swadian militia are worse at melee than nords, and worse at shooting than rhodoks. Unit wise, Tier 2 Swadian Militia are just jack of all trades enough that while other factions are way better at specialties, you'll miss your generic murder hobos who you barely have to give orders to in the super early game against bandits and looters. (And comparativly weak deserters, so long as they are not on horseback).Įveryone suggesting to rush Nords for their Top tier huscarls or Rhodoks for their favorite top tier Ranged units, are taking for granted that the bandit quality in those areas will crush a newbie. The big reason Swadia is the most newbie friendly is because they have the weakest bandits in their area.
